Once you had place an order, confirmation email will be sent to you.

Products added to shopping cart will only be reserved for 1 day. After then, we will not guarantee the availability of the products.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for a legitimate reason, for example:

• the product ordered is unavailable from stock;

• we are unable to obtain authorization of payment;

• we suspect any fraudulent activity.

In any of these cases, we will notify you through email.

Your Delivery

Average normal mailing days will be about 6 days, not including weekends and public holidays. The delivery fee will be $5.

Express mailing days will be about 2 days, not including weekends and public holidays. The delivery fee will be $10.

The promo code is only applicable to normal mailing.

Tracking number will be sent to you upon confirmation of purchase.

Delivery email will be sent once the items are being sent out from our warehouse, which will take about 6 days.

Items received are exchangeable within 7 days of purchase with original receipt and packaging intact, if there is any mismatch of size.

Faulty products can be returned within 3 days with proof and you will be refunded in full amount. Shipping fee for returning the products will also be included in the refund.

Buyers must state the reason of exchanging and returning the products, with concrete evidence.

Items on sale are only exchangeable with the same product type and cannot be returned.
